Experience
Mr. Stearns is a civil trial attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of government entities, law enforcement agencies, public and private organizations, and their officers and agents in tort, labor and employment, and civil rights matters. Mr. Stearns represents clients in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Stearns earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Sales from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Game Production from Full Sail University. After working in the tech industry for ten years, Mr. Stearns obtained his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stearns achieved Dean’s List honors each semester and received a Cali book award for his achievements in Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
