Mr. Harris is a civil trial lawyer whose practice focuses on the defense of local governments, law enforcement agencies, and their officers and employees in tort, employment discrimination, and civil rights claims in both federal and state courts.
He attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Harris obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was tapped into the Iron Arrow Honor Society – the highest honor that can be bestowed by the university.
