Michelle T. Brienza

Experience

Ms. Brienza is a civil trial attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of both governmental and private entities in the areas of labor and employment law, civil rights claims, and tort claims. Ms. Brienza practices in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Brienza holds a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor, graduating Cum Laude from St. Thomas University College of Law. During her studies, she received a book award in Criminal Law and was actively involved in Moot Court as both a competitor and team coach.
