Experience
Mr. Gill represents clients at the civil trial and appellate levels in the state and federal courts. His practice focuses on municipal litigation, including land use disputes, regulatory takings, First Amendment claims, false arrest, employment discrimination, federal civil rights litigation, and general tort liability. Mr. Gill also practices in the areas of insurance defense including personal injury and business litigation.
After completing his law degree at American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C., Mr. Gill returned to Florida to clerk for the Honorable Melanie G. May at the Fourth District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida. While in law school, Mr. Gill interned for both the Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Richard W. Roberts at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
