Experience
Ms. Gibson represents clients at the civil trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on municipal litigation, including First Amendment claims, false arrest, employment discrimination, federal civil rights litigation, and general tort liability. Ms. Gibson also practices in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. Ms. Gibson works on all areas of litigation as well as on writing appellate briefs and commercial contracts.
Ms. Gibson earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rollins College. In 2010, she relocated to South Florida where she completed her Masters in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing and Management at the University of Miami. Ms. Gibson attained an Intellectual Property Certificate along with her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the Florida International University. While at the Florida International University Ms. Gibson was on both the trial team and the moot court team.
