Duchant Johnson was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Johnson obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his undergraduate degree– a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Sports Management– from Seton Hall University. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Johnson served as President of the Black Law Students Association.

Mr. Johnson's litigation practice is focused upon the defense of local governments and private concerns in a broad range of civil matters.
